Committee meeting
Meeting held Monday Dec 19, 2022·
Frank Devries is submitting a grant for flood relief in January where we are hoping for money to put towards machinary.
Reminder about reciprocal rights: Players from Yea, Eildon, Marysville will pay only the standard fee for Competitions (No Green Fees – Just Comp fees), and General Green Fees will be charged at Half Price.
Course Manager Trevor Biffin is getting more safety equipment for volunteers (Ear Muffs, Eye Protection, etc)
The new club logo will start being implemented to the Club in general, Website etc
Vendi Vending Machine has been removed and a better deal has been struck to have the pay terminal and gold carts that are returning soon.
Meeting held Tuesday, November 25, 2022.
At its November meeting, the Committee discussed a number of subjects, one of which was to confirm that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, November 5 at 5PM.
Presentation Night will be held on Saturday, December 17, and The Alex round of the Murrindindi Masters is scheduled to be played on Saturday November 19, although there is some doubt that the course will be in an acceptable condition to stage the event.
Discussions were also held regarding ways of improving the lines of communication within the club (hence this page).
The Ladies Christmas breakup lunch will be held on Wednesday December 14.
It was also agreed that the Club will purchase safety gear for volunteers, and finally, in future Committee meetings will be held on the fourth Monday of the month at 7PM.
